1 This is an appeal from the judgment entered, following a jury trial, in favor of Appellee Ford Motor Company ("Ford"). Appellant Lee Robin Raskin ("Appellant") filed this product liability action to recover for injuries she sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Appellant was the driver of a Ford vehicle struck in the rear, as part of a chain collision, while stopped at a red light. Appellants suit against Ford is based upon her assertion that the Fords seat and/or restraint system was defective, and that its failure at the time of the accident resulted in enhanced injuries to her.
